Friend of mine introduced me to this nifty little Digimon V-Pet program, where you can raise the little guy while searching the web and whatnot. It looks to be pretty well done, so I thought I’d share!
Here’s a bit on how it looks:
Full colour, sprites, animations, etc.
You can also battle over the net, though I haven’t tried that out yet.
